Salary: B1 (P55, 272— P66, 036)

DUTIES:
1. Sorts, registers and dispatches mail
2. Files records
3. Maintains current and semi-current records
4. Retrieves files for action officers
5. Allocates duties to RMU junior staff
6. Marks mail to relevant action officers
7. Arranges for transfer of closed records to the Records Centre through the supervisor
8. Monitors adherence to the laid down rules and procedures for proper functioning of an RMU
9. Manages a Bring up Diary
QUALIFICATIONS:
Certificate in Archives and Records Management or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years Finance and Procurement Services,
