TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this role is to oversee the Leads Management function of distribution as well as the reselling of lapsed policies.
They will also be responsible for organising the day to day operational activities within the Contact Center, thus providing support, resolving queries, complaints as well as correlating and analysing reports.
KPAs
• Take calls agents can't handle and attend to escalated queries
• Supervises, monitors and guides the sales -activities of the Sales team members.
• Communicate and help team understand performance measures
• Perform monthly performance evaluation per agent and file accordingly
• Hold team's weekly reviews, assess target milestones etc
• Conducts after sales service
• Ensure accurate data is received from clients for capturing and client information update
• Deepen sales engagements with existing clients
• Client portfolio assessment and management
• Approve processes as per the various procedures • Data mining from the company data base for leads
• Performing data analytics and client profiling
• Implementing the leads generation and management strategy
• Provide reports for individual projects on the outbound • Share daily, weekly and monthly performance reports as per agreed deadlines with management and team
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a Diploma in a business related area.
COP is an added advantage
Background Experience
• In addition to the above a minimum of 4 years Contact Centre experience
• Having worked in a sales environment will be an, added advantage
