MARKET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the core responsibilitie
REQUIREMENTS:
1. A Masters in Marketing and Public Relations, Finance or Economics,
2. At least 10 years working experience preferably in the financial services sector.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE
Development and implementation of the BSE Branding, Marketing and Public Education strategies that will enhance the brand and market the Exchange.
Management, coordination, planning and delivery of public relations and public education campaigns to enhance understanding of the returns and risks of investment products listed on the BSE by local and foreign investors.
Networking closely with the local and foreign corporate business community and pro-actively promoting the use of the Exchange as a means of raising capital.
Management and coordination of public and private media relations and overseeing the preparation of press releases and briefs.
Management and supervision of investor market research and recommending to the CEO and divisional managers regarding the development of the Exchange to meet investor needs.
Management and development of the department’s human capital, instilling a high performance culture in order to achieve the Exchange’s strategic objectives.
Undertaking other such duties as directed by the Chief Executive Officer
