GENERAL MANAGER – SUPPORT SERVICES & HUMAN RESOURCES
Requirements
Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will provide overall strategic direction in delivering HR and Support Services models to support business. These include Recruitment, Rewards, Employee Relations, HR Services (Capability Development, Training, HR Helpdesk, Payroll & Records), Human Resources Strategy and Policy (Organisational Development), Property Management, Fleet Management, Security Management and Environmental Services.
The incumbent will also provide professional Human Resources inputs to the creation and maintenance of a BTCL business strategy that will deliver shareholder value in addition to developing and implementing HR policies which support the transformation from government ownership to a successful private company in addition to developing policies for managing groupwide support services such as facilities, transport, security and environmental services.
Futhermore the incumbent will participate in the management of BTCL through membership of the Executice Committee.
REVENUE ASSURANCE ANALYST
Requirements
Reporting to the Revenue Assurance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the definition of revenue assurance policies, compliance monitoring, identification of revenue leakage threats. He or she will also be responsible for the end to end revenue process and the management of BTCL customer risk and credit policy.
