CREW/STAFF SCHEDULING OFFICER
OVERVIEW
Botswana Railways invites fully qualified Scheduling Specialists with a good record of accomplishment to apply for the position of Crew/Staff Scheduling Officer tenable at Botswana Railways - Mahalapye. This position reports to the Train and Wagon Manager.
MAIN PURPOSE:
To coordinate the aspect of train operations, this involves the scheduling of train crews and staff to ensure minimum time delays and enhanced service delivery in order for Botswana Railways to achieve its operational objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Business Administration and a
Certificate in Transport Management or related field.
Three (3) years' work experience in a commercial/operating environment, preferably in the transport industry.
