Arsenal centre-back Gabriel Paulista is confident that the Gunners have worked out a "formula" good enough to stop Barcelona's world-class forward line.
Ahead of the first leg of their round-of-16 tie at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday, the Brazilian said that Arsene Wenger had devised a plan to quieten the impact of Barca's star trio -- Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar.
"I know the formula to stop Messi, Neymar and Suarez. But it is locked under seven keys," Gabriel told the Sun.
"I cannot reveal the formula. If I reveal it, I risk all the strategy the team has worked on. But it won't be easy to stop them."
Gabriel, 25, sustained a hamstring injury prior to the Gunners' Premier League game against Leicester on Feb. 14 and will miss the champions league tie. Mesut Ozil, Petr Cech and Aaron Ramsey, however, will all return to Arsenal's matchday squad.
Down but not out, the defender is determined to return from injury quickly in order to be a part of Arsenal's tilt at the European title.
"We all want to get our spot in Arsenal's history," he said. "We all want to win the Champions League this time."
