Minimum of AAT qualification and 3 years post qualification experience. Planning and organizational skills, technical expertise, problem solving and diagnostic thinking essential.
2. LEGAL OFFICER – GA – HRRECO21 – LO
Minimum of LLB from a recognized University and admission to practice in good standing of the Law of Society of Botswana is essential.
3. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – GA – HRRECO22 AO
Minimum of Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent and 5 years post qualification experience in an office environment and detailed knowledge of procurement procedures. The candidate must also have a good knowledge and competency with Microsoft excel, word and power point.
4. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – GA – HRRECO23 – AA
Minimum of AAT/ Certificate in Accountancy and business studies with at least 2 years post qualification experience in a computerized office accountancy environment. The candidate must also have knowledge and competency with Microsoft excel, word and power point.
5. OFFICE ASSISTANT – GA – HRRECO24 – OA
Minimum of a certificate in Administration or a related area.
6. RECEPTIONIST – GA – HRRECO25 – R
The candidate should a good knowledge and competency with Microsoft excel, word and power point.
Minimum of a certificate in Public Relations or related.
