1.Commercial Manager - with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying. -Professional qualification from RICS or equivalent. -10 yrs experience preferably in the mining/contract mining industry with five yrs in middle management.

 2.Maintenance Planner - with National Craft Certificate (NCC) in Mechanics. -3 yrs Maintenance Planning experience preferably in a mining environment. -Asset Management and maintenance planning qualifications would be an added advantage.

3.Project Director - Tertiary qualification (Mining Engineering or relevant discipline). -Formal post graduate studies in Project Management of similar. -10 yrs experience in the contract mining industry with five years in a strategic management positions.
